Students who petitioned for graduation by the March 11th graduation should have received an email (to your student email) with instructions on how to reserve your spot and request tickets for your family/friends at the LAVC Graduation 2022 ceremony on Tuesday, June 7 at 9am at Monarch Stadium. Graduates are required to wear a black cap and gown to the ceremony. The deadline to RSVP is May 1^st. For more information, check the LAVC Commencement page.

Win up to $250 to the LAVC Bookstore for sharing your poetry, short stories, and essays at the Humanities & Communications Spring 2022 Writing Conference, “Rebuilding,” on Monday, May 16 (via Zoom at 1:30 p.m.). Completed applications with attached writing should be submitted no later than Friday, May 6th.

LAVC Cooperative Education is offering up to four (4) CSU transferrable elective units for your job, internship, or volunteer experience during Summer 2022. To participate, you do not have to be enrolled in another course (at LAVC or any other accredited institution). If you're interested, submit a completed Coop application in person or via email.
